A 36-year-old woman presents with irregular low-grade fever and arthralgia for over 1 year, edematous fixed erythema on cheeks for 6 months (worsens with sun exposure), xerostomia, difficulty opening mouth, and recent dysphagia. She also reports finger pallor and pain on cold exposure. Laboratory tests: ANA(+), ESR 150mm/h, anti-dsDNA antibody (+), anti-Scl-70 antibody (+). Barium swallow shows poor esophageal motility.
