A 38-year-old male presents with low-grade fever and fatigue for 2 years, accompanied by myalgia in limb joints and difficulty climbing stairs over the past 6 months. He also developed red rashes on eyelids, nasal bridge, and cheeks, along with dysphagia for solid foods. Physical examination reveals periorbital edema and violaceous erythema on eyelids, nasal bridge, cheeks, distal interphalangeal joints, and periungual skin.
