A 20-year-old male farmer was admitted in early January with a 5-day history of sudden onset chills, high fever (39.5°C), myalgia, nausea, vomiting, and passing 200ml of bloody urine. Physical examination showed periorbital edema, conjunctival and chest skin congestion, petechiae in the axilla, and a 1cm×2cm bruise at the injection site on the buttock. Lab results: Hemoglobin 160g/L, RBC 5.1x10¹²/L, WBC 64×10⁹/L (blast cells 12%, band cells 15%, neutrophils 43%, lymphocytes 30%), platelets 80×10⁹/L. The most likely diagnosis is:
